Penny Defranco works in our Accounting department and is a vital member of the accounts receivable team. Penny has been with SERVPRO of Central Manhattan since September 2010.

Juan Gutierrez

Project Manager 

Juan has been with SERVPRO since 2004. He has his New York State Mold and United States Environmental Protection Association Lead Certifications and has recently received his Certified Bio-Recovery Technician Certification. In addition, Juan is also a State of New York Mold Abatement Supervisor, and has attended training to maintain compliance with the EPA Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Program. Juan is a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.
